MAGAZINE UPDATE: Charla just conducted an interview with Marie Claire in China. She’ll post a link to the interview and anyone who reads and/or Mandarin – enjoy! NOTE: Charla has a friend who speaks fluent Mandarin, so perhaps she’ll post a translation.
TELEVISION UPDATE: 365 Nights has been optioned by 20th Century Fox Television. While the check hasn’t cleared, it’s still tres exciting news. Stay tuned for more screen news.

OTHER UPDATES: After a fabulous summer with friends and family, Charla has re-entered “The Real World” and is shocked that little has changed, including her blog. Where is The Blog Fairy when you need one? She has been posting and updating while packing lunches, sorting through teacher paperwork and realizing that the tree in her backyard wasn’t growing money at all. Check out her blog for more.
GARDEN NADA, BASIL RULES: Charla’s garden bore a few tommy tomatoes, but her basil is taking over the world (or at least her little part of it). In between blogging, Charla is freezing homemade pesto as if Armageddon approacheth.
