August 19th — A few years ago, I finally got chapped at paying five bucks for wimpy little fresh herbs that wouldn’t last a day in my kitchen.  I didn’t know how cheap – or easy — it was to grow my own, I just sensed that there had to be a better way. Kind of like when you realize that store bought cookies will never, ever, as long as you live, be as good as homemade cookies.  And while store bought is easy, homemade isn’t that hard at all.
